Established in 1987, the Motts Military Museum was originally housed in the home of Warren E. Motts but later moved to the larger Groveport building in 1999. From the American Revolutionary War to the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, the museum contains artifacts from every military conflict involving the United States. The intention of the museum is to educate the public on the history of America's military through artifacts and personal accounts of those who have served in the US Armed Forces. The Motts Military Museum is located across the tracks from downtown Groveport, just northeast of the Rickenbacker International Airport.
